By submitting your request to signup for a merchant account you acknowledge that National Financial Company (NFC) will use it's 20 years experience to provide you with the best merchant account for your particular situation.

It is also understood that National Financial Company is not the actual processor providing the gateway and payment services. National Financial Company will use it's 20 years financial experience and contacts to place you with the best possible processor. NFC's long standing relationship with these processors and banks also lends itself to the best rates being offered to you the customer based on NFC's buying rate power.

In no way is NFC responsible for accepting credit card payments on your behalf, that is the function of the Processor that we recommend to you once they have accepted your business. In no way is NFC responsible for any payment settlements, possible inconsistencies, disruptions in service, etc., that are performed by any processor to you the customer. This will be between you and the Processor directly once you are setup by NFC. NFC will make every attempt to make your setup and ongoing association with the Processor a smooth and seamless one.

Hence with the above information it is made clear up front that NFC provides a financial matchmaking service essentially hooking you up with the best Merchant Processor available for you. If you are unsatisfied with our ultimate processor recommendation, we can find another new processor for you or you can request a full 100% refund of your one-time setup fee if we are unsuccessful in placing you "live" with a processor.

Once your processing reaches $10,000 in sales you will be eligible for a refund of your one-time setup fee. (providing you have been processing a minimum of 12 months).
